directs outreach & engagement into local areas of highest disparities to organize residents & support long-term community planning and resident-driven strategies for upstream change

The Community Centered Programming model

organizes local partners into tiered layers of system support – a community organizing support layer, a nonprofit resource layer, and an institutional support layer
